Chalkwell Park Rooms is our fabulous venue right in the heart of Chalkwell Park. Our events at Chalkwell Park Rooms offer a fabulous pre-show dinner menu where a delicious two-course meal costs just £12!

Free parking is available in the Chalkwell Park car park (Chalkwell Avenue) and there is ample free on-street parking on London Road and surrounding roads. The venue is just a very short walk in to the park.

Our events at Chalkwell Park Rooms offer cabaret-style tabled seating. As seating is allocated prior to the event, we ask you to book for your whole party at the time of booking.
The Arlington Ballroom

The Arlington Rooms is a beautiful event space on London Road, Leigh-on-Sea, right near Chalkwell Park.

We do not serve food in The Arlington Rooms. Seating is unallocated, but it is a large venue with enough seating for everybody.

Free parking is available on many surrounding side roads.
